As Jesus taught, we believe it is near. It is always near. We believe the Bible is the Word of God, revealing the mysteries of God through history, poetry, law, personal letters, and other literary forms. We believe the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed guide us with the details of this revolution. We believe Jesus, the Son of God, called us to look for this revolution and opened our eyes to it. His death and resurrection reconciles us to God and his life teaches us how to live a reconciled life. We believe joining the revolution is a very personal event and happens as we engage and embrace Jesus: his life and his message, his sacrifice and his redemption. We believe the Holy Spirit teaches and guides us in this revolutionary living. As we sacrifice, love, reconcile, offer grace, and more, we live in the revolution of God, where God continues to change us, and we change the ways things are to the way they should be.
